Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy – Exodus 20. * Why not take a fast today from the bombardment of information and center yourself. Let us find our peace of Mind today and let that be contagious. You have the right to be free. Find your freedom and calm in what ever way works best for you and feel the Divine energy of Spirit.
