Also, mark your calendars for Thursday evening, October 20, 2016. The Reading Room will stay open late this night and we will start off the evening at 6:00pm for a Testimonial meeting followed by free pizza at 7:00 and then stay for live blues music by Nathan James at 7:30. Nathan James is our featured musician for this month’s Third Thursday Concert Series in our Garden.
Testimonial meetings are similar to the Sunday services, but the Scriptural selections are customized to the needs of the congregation and occasion. You’ll also hear fellow attendees share insights, experiences, and healing they’ve had as a result of their prayer and study of Christian Science.
Our Third Thursday concert series are an alcohol free and family friendly event. It’s an alternative venue for people to come and hear some great music.
