This coming Sunday, October 9, 2016, Elizabeth Griswold will be singing “Trust in Him” at our Christian Science Church service in the Reading Room garden. Also, mark your calendars for Thursday evening, October 20, 2016. The Reading Room will be open this night and we will start off the evening at 6:00pm for a Testimonial meeting followed by free pizza at 7:00 and then stay for live music by the Toni Fleet Project at 7:30. Nathan James are our featured band for this month’s Third Thursday Concert Series in our Garden.
Testimonial meetings are similar to the Sunday services, but the scriptural selections are customized to the needs of the congregation and occasion. You’ll also hear fellow attendees share insights, experiences, and healing they’ve had as a result of their prayer and study of Christian Science.
Our Third Thursday concert series are an alcohol free and family friendly event. It’s an alternative venue for people to come and hear some great music.
