We are pleased to welcome Robby Butler for a special community presentation titled
“Wisdom, Judgment, and AI.”

Robby Butler is Managing Director at Y Street Capital, a real estate investment firm overseeing approximately $130 million in assets, and has become recognized for his practical, forward-thinking work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and business strategy. He speaks nationally on the subject—including at major banking and finance conferences—and brings both entrepreneurial depth and thoughtful perspective to a field that is changing rapidly.  He has also been featured in Christian Science periodical content, including the Christian Science Sentinel’s Sentinel Watch and the Christian Science Journal.  He is also a graduate of Principia College and an active member of his church community.

This presentation offers a grounded look at how AI is reshaping business and why human wisdom, ethics, discernment, and sound judgment remain essential. It is designed to be relevant and accessible for business owners, practitioners, entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, investors, and any tech-curious professional navigating today’s AI landscape.

We believe this event will be of particular interest to members of the Encinitas Chamber of Commerce, the local business community, and the broader civic community. The session will include a presentation followed by an open Q&A.
