5th ANNUAL WELLNESS WEEK January 24 – 31, 2015
Wellness Week is a week-long program of events and special offers designed to engage the public in learning about and experiencing ways to improve their physical, mental and spiritual well-being sponsored by The Encinitas 101 Mainstreet Association.
Here are the events that we will be offering during this week
Saturday – 1:30pm – 2:00pm
Christian Science Nursing Services
Learn about Christian Science nursing, a practical, spiritual ministry that actively supports the patient’s decision to rely on Christian Science for healing.
Presented by the Christian Science Reading Room at the Encinitas Library in Study Room A.
Sunday – Event at 4:00pm. Readings from The Bible and correlative passages from Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy on the subject of “Truth” in the Garden at the Christian Science Reading Room.
Monday — “A Way out of Darkness” – a brown bag talk, 12:00 noon at the Christian Science Reading Room, during our Open House from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Our guest speaker is Larissa Snorek-Yates, CS. (A member of the Christian Science Board of Lectureship).
This talk is our free gift to our community.

Tuesday – Open at 10:00am with special guest, Christian Science teacher, Brian Kissock, CSB will be available at noon to discuss health and well being at the Christian Science Reading Room.
Wednesday – Open at 10:00am with 4:00pm Christian Science testimonial meeting including individual examples of healing and insights from studying the text book Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy at the Christian Science Reading Room.
Thursday – Open at 10:00am with event from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. Come meet local Christian Science practitioners and discuss your divine right to health and well being. Free pizza and beverages at the Christian Science Reading Room.
Friday – Open at 10:00am with special event at noon. Sunland Home Foundation presents Christian Science Nursing Services at the Christian Science Reading Room.
Saturday – Individual Instruction from 10am to 5:00pm. Accessing Christian Science resources for health and well being at the Christian Science Reading Room.
